1. Identification of the seller
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded between:
Arnaud La Rocca, Individual Entrepreneur (EI),
hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”,
and any person making a purchase on the site,
hereinafter referred to as “the Client”.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are small CBD buds from controlled crops.
All products comply with current EU legislation, including a THC content of 0.3% or less.
The products are not intended for medical use and do not constitute medicinal products.
Products containing CBD are forbidden to minors and pregnant women.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT not applicable) – art. 293B CGI.
The delivery costs are indicated before the order is validated.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without effect on orders already validated.
4. Order
The validation of the order implies full acceptance of these GTS.
The Customer receives a confirmation by email after payment validation.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are those indicated on the website.
6. Delivery
The products are delivered to European countries that allow CBD trade.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or unsealed products, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
8. Responsability
The products marketed on this website comply with French and European regulations applicable to hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) products. They come exclusively from varieties authorised within the European Union and have a delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content strictly below 0.3%, in accordance with current legislation.
These products are neither narcotics nor psychotropic substances. They are not intended for medical use and cannot be considered medicines within the meaning of the Public Health Code. No therapeutic claim is claimed.
The sale is strictly reserved for adults. By confirming their order, customers certify that they are at least 18 years old and have the necessary legal capacity to make a purchase on the website.
As a precautionary measure, the use of products is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or people under medical treatment, unless prior notice from a healthcare professional.
The products are exclusively intended for use in accordance with current regulations. Any consumption by combustion, inhalation or any use that could assimilate the product to a tobacco use is strictly prohibited. The buyer acknowledges being fully informed of this prohibition and undertakes to comply with all applicable laws when using the products.
The responsibility for the use of products lies exclusively with the customer, who undertakes to verify the legality of their possession, import and use in his country of residence. The seller shall not be held liable for any use that does not comply with current regulations.

10. Law applicable
These GCS are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
